Terms of Sales

 Article 1 / Duration of stay:
The client signatory to this contract, entered into for a fixed term, may not
under no circumstances claim any right to maintenance in the

Article 2 / Reservation formalities:
A deposit corresponding to 30% of the stay with a minimum of one night will be requested upon reservation and will be payable within 10 days of the request at the latest.
The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the invoice for your stay.
It is only once the deposit has been received that the reservation will become firm and definitive and that you will validate in the same way your full and complete agreement with these general conditions.

The reservation will then be confirmed by email.
In the event that the deposit is not paid within the time allowed, the rooms will be automatically rented out.
For reservations within 10 days of the start of the stay, the entire stay is due.

Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the customer:
The cancellation of a stay must be notified by e-mail.

Depending on the date of cancellation of the reservation, all or part of the amount of the stay will be invoiced to you:

  • If the cancellation occurs more than 10 days before the date of arrival, the customer does not incur any costs and the sums already withdrawn will be fully refunded.

  • If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the date of arrival, the full amount of the stay is due.

  • In case of early departure during the stay: the total payment of the stay will be invoiced to you.

We would like to point out to your attention that no cancellation insurance is included in our prices.

Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner:
If, before the start of the stay, La Bisquine has to cancel a customer's reservation, information will be immediately sent to you by e-mail.
The customer will then be fully reimbursed for what he has already paid.

Article 5 / Time of arrival and departure
Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Check-out must be done before 10:30 a.m.

We thank you for keeping us informed of your arrival time the day before or the morning of your arrival to welcome you.

Article 6 / Rates and tourist tax:
Our conditions and prices are non-contractual and can be modified without notice.

Our promotional offers cannot be combined with each other.
We collect the tourist tax to transfer it to the community of Vannes Agglo. The tourist tax is €0.80 per night and per person (from 18 years old).

Article 7 / Change of rooms:
We reserve the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer for a room of the same capacity and an equal or higher level of comfort.

In this case, the amount of the stay remains unchanged.

Article 8 / Payment of the accommodation balance:
The balance of the stay will be payable within 10 days prior to the stay.

Payment can be made either by bank transfer or bank check.

Article 9 / Capacity and Access:
Each booking is made for a specific number of people. 

If the number of people arriving is greater than the initial reservation, the amount of the stay will be recalculated accordingly.

If the number of people is greater than the room size, the additional people would then be refused.
Upon arrival, two keys (Access to the reception room and to the bedroom) will be given to you: please pay attention to this set, any loss (or non-return) will incur additional costs amounting to €50 including tax. 

As compensation, this amount will be added to your bill at the time of your departure.
Access to La Bisquine is strictly reserved for our customers.

The client agrees not to bring any visitors to the guesthouse if he has not been expressly authorized to do so.
In the event of non-compliance with this principle, the reservation may be terminated at once.

The balance of the stay will then be payable in full without any compensation.
Finally, our rooms are unfortunately not accessible to disabled persons. 

Article 10 / Accessibility of services:
In the event of force majeure, La Bisquine cannot guarantee the regularity of water and electricity services as well as access to WIFI regardless of the duration of the cuts or malfunctions as well as any sudden closure of the site caused by a case of force majeure beyond our control.
La Bisquine therefore declines all responsibility, beyond its legal liability, for any deprivation or reduction of enjoyment not resulting from its fault.
The responsibility of La Bisquine, beyond its legal responsibility, cannot be engaged in the event of breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment, if the malfunction and the repairs were not foreseeable.

Article 11 / Pets:
Pets are not accepted within the guesthouse.

In the event of non-compliance with this clause, La Bisquine has the right to terminate the stay and claim the full amount due by the client. 

Article 12 / "Good manners" and use of the premises:
In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of all, the respect of a certain number of rules of "good manners" is required.

Smoking is forbidden within the guesthouse. It is however possible to smoke on the outdoor patio while respecting a distance so as not to inconvenience other customers.

The customer also agrees to respect the instructions for good manners which are indicated to him and these general conditions of sale. It is particularly requested to avoid making noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. out of respect for the other occupants.
The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare and financially assume any damage for which he is responsible. This is also valid for all the equipment that would be made available to him during the stay.

Customers' attention is drawn to the fact that minors living in the house are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
La Bisquine will not accept any liability for loss, theft and/or damage and/or injury to property and/or persons on the property, regardless of the cause.

Article 13 / Modification of the conditions of sale:
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed accepted as soon as the deposit is paid.

Article 14 / Data Protection Act:
In accordance with law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you.

We make a commitment not to transmit in any case the information which you communicated to us with other companies or organizations.
